Abstract : “The Instrument Management System (ISO 9001 : 2000)” for Provincial Electricity Authority Area 2 (South)

The main objective of “The Instrument Management System(ISO 9001 : 2000)” for Provincial Electricity Authority Area 2 (South) are using information technology help organize to maintaining an ISO 9001 : 2000 standard.
The Instrument Management System (ISO 9001 : 2000) is composed of control instrument and calibration process. The users of the system can be divided into five groups: instrument administrator, instrument calibrator, chief of meter and transformer section, site quality management representative and quality management representative.
The Instrument Management System(ISO 9001 : 2000) is web-based application with Apache version 2.4 as its web server programs. The core programs were developed using the PHP version 5.0 languages and the database management system is MySQL version 4.0.
